Glo Etiquette
Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled service time to allow for a stress-free check in.  Please understand that your treatments will end on time so as not to inconvenience the next guests.

Glo-certficates
Glo-certificates make the perfect gift idea, because everybody loves to GLO!  Glo-certificates can be purchased for a Rupiah value or for a particular treatment.  Glo-certificates are transferable but not refundable.  The perfect surprise for birthdays, Mothers Day, anniversaries, to say thank you or just because!

We ask that you communicate freely with your Glo Technician both before and during your treatment so we can customize our services to meet your needs, requirements and expectations.

Glo – Alert
Please alert us if you are pregnant, using Retin-A, Accutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications or have had recent laser surgery.  Any of the above conditions may affect the success of our ability to perform your requested treatment.  Guests who have high/low blood pressure, heart condition, on medication, pregnant or other medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before using any spa services.

Your Treatment Requirements – Let us know!
We ask that you communicate freely with your Glo Technicians both before and during your treatment so that they are able to target and customize your services to meet your needs and expectations!  (Whether it be the shape of your nails, the thickness of the white of the French polish etc.)

No Smoking Policy
Please refrain from smoking inside the premises of Glo Day Spa & Salon at all times.

Mobile Phone Use
Please turn your phone to silent or off when enjoying services in Glo to ensure you do not disturb other guests

Should I Make A Reservation For My Treatments?
Yes, to avoid disappointment it is best to do so.  To make your reservation, either phone or email us or come in and see us directly!

What If I Need To Cancel My Reservation?
We hope you do not have to cancel; however, we understand that plans can change.  If you do need to cancel, please contact us at least four hours in advance.  Reservations cancelled with less then four hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  Full charge will be imposed for any ‘no show’ appointments.  If you simply need to change your reservation to another time, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can accommodate you.

What Should I Wear?
This is your time and we want you to enjoy it, so wear whatever is most comfortable for you.  We will provide you with a sarong and slippers for all massage and body treatments.    During these body treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately and you will be provided disposable underwear.

Should Men Shave Before A Facial?
Yes, for best results we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial

Can I Bring My Valuables?
Whilst we endeavour to look after your belongings, we do not assume liability for any valuables.

Service Charge and Tips
All treatments and services are automatically subject to 12.5% government tax and 10% service charge.  Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.
