A hair and makeup trial prior to the wedding is highly recommended for brides. This is a chance to meet with your stylist and discuss everything for the day such as the logistics and timings, plus to perfect your look and the looks for your bridesmaids. This is also an opportunity to have a trial run of your hair and makeup so you can see how your look will wear throughout the night. Please wear white for this trial if you will wear a white wedding dress on the day. We only allocate two hours for the hair and make up for the bride on the day and are thus limited with change time. A trial will ensure your day is stress free with regards to your hair and make up!

Please wash your hair the day before, not on the morning of your big day! Slightly dirtier hair is much easier to style and you will achieve more body whereas freshly cleaned hair can be too slippery and soft, especially for up-do’s. When you wash your hair, do not use conditioner or if necessary, only on the ends. On the day of the wedding, perform your normal morning skincare routine i.e. wash, cleanse, moisturize – whatever you would usually do using the products that your skin is accustomed to. Do not put on any primers or makeup. We do suggest that you have a facial a few days before to allow for a beautiful canvas for our make up artists to work with.

They both are very experienced and professionally trained in their skills and passionate about bridal hair and make up! However, the fees for our western stylists are slightly more due to their international qualifications and trainings. All of our talented Indonesian hairstylists and makeup artists have over 5-years’ experience in the bridal industry and trained by our western stylists. You are in fabulous hands.

No, they’re not compulsory! However, are included in our make up services. But it is completely up to you and if you don’t feel comfortable wearing them please just let us know. If strip lashes seem too much for you, a great option is having a few individual lashes placed on the outer corner of the eye instead – which still looks natural but will open up the eye and make them pop just that little bit more. We have both these options and both are one use only lashes and can be removed that night.

We allocate two hours for hair and make up for our brides or 1 hour for make up only. We like having extra time to accommodate for any unknown factors and most of the time can have your hair and make up done beautifully in 90 minutes so you definitely won’t feel rushed on your wedding day!

Yes! We only use high-quality professional primers and setting sprays to ensure your makeup is flawless all night, no matter how much dancing you do. You can also look into airbrush makeup as an option too. Please see a list of our beautiful high end make up products that we have in our exquisite make up kits.

Airbrush makeup utilizes an air compressor to apply a fine mist of silicone-based makeup. This is used for the base (instead of regular foundation) and is long lasting, water and sweat proof. A natural finish is achieved using this method. We use TEMPTU from the USA.
