Founder & Director
Glo Spa & Salon is the vision and inspiration of the founder and director Georgia Sutherland. Georgia is a passionate leader and innovator in the Spa, Salon & Wellness industry in Bali and globally since 1998. Her expertise includes an instinct for recruiting incredible talent within Indonesia, Australia, Europe and beyond. There are currently five Glo outlets on the island – the first of which opened July 2005. Georgia has a depth of spa industry knowledge and experience rivaled by very few. She is an expert operator and is accustomed to working with luxury brands and has developed a great appreciation of guests specific needs and expectations. Georgia’s passion for the industry is tangible and her energy contagious!
Scott
England, Creative Director
Having worked extensively in the industry for 13 years, Scott gained a wealth of knowledge in all things styling and bridal, having worked on fashion shoots, fashion week and many weddings. Scott has the creative instinct and vision to achieve any desired look, something that is totally unique to each individual personal style. Scott will start with an in-depth consultation on the trial day. Scott will explore everything from the theme of wedding, material and details of the dress and personal style. We offer all types of services for your wedding even down to attending the location and staying through the day for touch ups and hair changes if required.
Tammy Dube
Canada, Head MUA
With over 15 years of experience as a professional Makeup Artist in Los Angeles, Tammy brings exceptional talent and creativity to Glo. A graduate of the renowned Joe Blasco Makeup School, formerly located in Hollywood, she specializes in bridal, film and television, special effects, red carpet, print, and runway makeup. Her passion lies in creating a flawless glow and dewy finish, skillfully enhancing each client’s best features. Beyond traditional makeup, Tammy is a permanent makeup artist, particularly focusing in the innovative nano eyebrow hair-like stroke technique, which delivers natural and long-lasting results. She has perfected this craft over the past four years. Dedicated to the beauty and wellness industry, Tammy also hosts empowering and educational workshops for women, sharing her expertise and fostering confidence in every individual.
Kellie
Australian Style Director, Senior MUA
With over 20 years of experience in hair and makeup, Kellie has worked with countless brides across Australia and Bali. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and ability to enhance each bride’s natural beauty have made her a trusted name in the wedding industry.
Kellie loves traveling around Bali, discovering stunning venues, and soaking in the island’s breathtaking landscapes. Whether it’s a beachfront ceremony or a private villa celebration, she brings a warm, professional touch to every wedding day—helping brides feel confident, radiant, and truly themselves.
Seija
Finland, Senior Hair Stylist
A native of Finland, Seija graduated from hairdressing school in 2002 before working as a stylist for the next 6 years. Seija moved to Bali in 2008 and joined the Glo Team in 2017. She loves working with blondes and specialises in bridal up style and boho braids. Whether you are looking for sultry highlights, a romantic up-do, or an effortless boho hairdo, Seija will certainly deliver.
Dika
Indonesia, Senior Bridal Stylist
Dika is passionate hairstylist with over a decade in the industry and joined the Glo Family in 2016. A talented hair painter and artist, Dika loves working with long hair. Whether it be balayage, highlighting or ombres, he has gained a reputation at Glo for creating a natural looking colour with dimension and depth. His bridal work is outstanding – clean, soft, glamorous up styling paired with intricate braiding. Dika is able to perfectly up-dos from pictures.
Rini
Indonesia, Lead Makeup Artist
Rini is seasoned professional makeup artist that has been working for Glo since 2010. She has had the pleasure of beautifying literally hundreds of brides from all over the world. She has vast experience with all different types of skin tones and ethnicities. Gorgeous skin, glam play with smoke eyes, flawless blending and shadowing are her specialities. She has a sharp eye and understands the tricks to create picture perfect makeup in full daylight or in the evenings.
Vika
Indonesia, Senior Stylist & MUA
Based in Bali, Vika has worked in the salon industry since 2012 and is currently part of the team at Glo Salon & Beauty in Seminyak. She specializes in both hairdressing and makeup, with a focus on polished, timeless looks for weddings and special events. Vika enjoys being creative with her work and has a natural talent for helping clients achieve their desired look.
